Work Terms

My standard working hours:

Monday - Friday (UCT +2 Helsinki Time): 0800 – 1700
Saturday and Sunday: Will respond to queries.

In fixed-term jobs, I usually set a milestone system, which would include a starting deposit. In hourly jobs, I am paid weekly.

Licensing or copyright transferral of my work occurs upon payment completion at the end of the project.

Any material I produce, sent to you for comments or approval is protected under copyright law and may not be used by you or any third-party other than for the purpose of private comment and discussion between myself and your colleagues.

Upon completion of the project, I reserve the right to use the work in a portfolio of my work, electronic or non-electronic, unless otherwise discussed with my client (Non-Disclosure Agreement, Respecting the spontaneity of a start-up, etc.)
