My Story:

As a child we all are curious and look for things & activities that interests us. Then there is one activity that is most interesting than other activities. For me it was drawing and painting. With right motivation and encouragement from my loved ones Drawing & Painting had become a part of me since child hood. I was not limited to drawing on just canvas, I also started with drawing colorful designs on floor called Rangoli (in India) which I relate a lot to Mandala art. One vivid memory from my adolescence is of working with oil paints and painted a landscape which almost took a month for completion and it hangs till date in my house. It made me realize two things that I have the patience and persistence to keep improving my brush strokes and the fact that there is an artist in me. But life had taken a different path and I got involved in completing my engineering degree both undergraduate and graduate. I also worked for about two years. However, all these years getting back to Drawing & Painting had always been at the back of my head. And a year back I finally acted on my inner calling and started painting again. I was scary in the beginning but with daily practice and talking to people with similar interest helped in rebuilding my confidence. I am very thankful to the support I have got and I feel like extending the support to help people by providing creative and fun environment where they can explore the artist in them and become happy and surprised by their own effort.


I can say from experience that if you feel like holding a brush and paint then don’t hold back and just do it. You might be surprised by your own effort. If that effort makes you happy then don’t stop and keep painting.
