  This was a small job to test the communication capabilities of the provider as much as it was to test the skills. I found Bravo to be a very good communicator he understood me and it was easy to understand him. The project was delayed but this was due to severe weather which caused power losses in the City. I think that I will be directing almost all of my programming work to Bravo in the future.
