Work Terms

Our engagement framework is tailored to your specific needs.

But here is how we generally manage a project:

- Communication on a smaller project is normally handled over email and a group Skype chat involving all stakeholders (client, dev, pm, design, etc.). For larger projects we use an issue management system, typically JIRA.
- All projects utilize Subversion or Git as a source control mechanism and every revision to your source code is backed up within our private repositories so that it can be restored if there are any issues.
- We invoice at the end of each month with payment due in 7 days. For larger engagements (typically above USD $1000/mo) we may invoice twice a month.
- We are always happy to handle per-task/per-project engagements and do our best to complete the work promptly. For larger or ongoing needs we recommend a retainer which reserves a developer (or a portion of a developer) for your needs every month. Discounted rates are available for larger, longer retainers.
