Work Terms
Payment terms: I charge a rate of $30 per hour, with a minimum budget of $60 per project. Payment is due upon completion of the project and can be made via bank transfer.
Communication: I am available for communication via email and messaging during business hours (9am-5pm WAT). I also utilize project management software to track progress and collaborate with clients.
Deadlines: I take deadlines seriously and will always make every effort to meet agreed-upon milestones and deadlines. If unforeseen circumstances arise that may impact my ability to meet a deadline, I will communicate this to the client as soon as possible and work with them to come up with a solution.
Revisions: I include one round of revisions in my fee, with additional rounds available for a small additional charge. I value client satisfaction and am always open to feedback and revisions to ensure the final product meets the client's needs.
Intellectual property: Upon payment, all rights to the work I produce will be transferred to the client. However, I reserve the right to use the work for my own portfolio and self-promotion purposes.
Termination: Either party may terminate the working relationship at any time with two days' notice. If the client terminates the relationship before the project is completed, I will be compensated for any work completed up to that point at my hourly rate. If I terminate the relationship, I will refund any unused portions of the client's payment.
