As a child, I used to tell people that I wanted to "be a doctor, but not the kind that operated." I envisioned a career where I helped people in very tangible ways even at the tender age of 8! Thus, it was with great ease that I pursued a career in human resources following my BS in Psychology and MA in Human Services.

Simply put, I love HR. I love helping small businesses transform their company through systems, processes, ethics and everyday tasks like good bookkeeping and employee relations. With over 10 years in the business, I definitely know what I am doing. I have clients worldwide with customers that range from small sole-proprietors to major franchisors.
