I have dedicated the last 15 years to customer care. I managed large teams of customer care agents on a global scale in a very dynamic and challenging industry.
In addition to my managerial role, I was in charge of translating marketing materials and information displayed on the company's various websites.
This past year, I have taken a step back from the corporate world and decided to work as a freelancer which allows me to travel all over the world while doing what I love most, which is translation and transcription.

Work Terms
My work hours are Monday through Thursday from 08:00AM to 04:00PM (GMT/BTS)
I am open to working different days/hours if needed, not including weekends/holidays/nights.
I prefer to be contacted via email or WhatsApp in case of emergency.
Payment terms: The hourly rate refers to one full hour or any part of. For example, if the hourly rate is 10$ and the project was completed in 1 hour and 15 minutes, the payment will be 20$.
Minimum budget 50$. 60% shall be paid in advance, the remainder of the payment shall be transferred upon delivery.
Preferred mode of payment: PayPal
