Victor reponded very well to the agressive timeline we had asked him to comply with for our Fortune 500 client. Technically speaking, Victor was able to implement all of our ideas and ensured that everything was working. His background in testing is an advantage to any employer looking to save resources by not employing a full-time tester for their smaller projects. Victor demonstrated excellent knowledge of, and compliance with, a web based system for change management and task assignment. In addition, he remained patient throughout the project in the face of multiple client requests for updates and changes throughout the day.
