13 years of experience from User Experience design to IT team management, I've been across many sides of the aisle. As such, I know what KPIs are key to focus on, and understand how to get the IT team behind our effort to raise them. I have an MBA from the UK, which I feel increases my overall understanding of the global business world. I earned my MBA from the University of Warwick in the UK in 2013.
