A brief history of graphic design
Graphic design is so much a part of our daily life that it is difficult to imagine a world that would be devoid of it. And in a way, that's nothing new: visual communication is as old as humanity, although it took a few years before we reached the era of tablets and other digital tools ... In other words, the history of graphic design goes back a long way, and is an immense source of inspiration for any graphic designer of modern times.

To begin, knowing where, why and how this discipline was born will help designers understand their place in history. From a more pragmatic point of view, trends are cyclical, and studying the past can be an excellent source of inspiration for innovation in the present. Work Terms

The Graphic Designer is responsible for translating a customer's ideas into an image. For that, he meets the customer and analyzes his request, his desires and all the criteria to be taken into account in his creation (graphic charter, company, positioning ...). It can work on a wide variety of media: websites, packaging, documents, posters .... He then tries to clear an idea and put it on "paper" or rather on screen. Thanks to its DTP tools, it draws an image, a graphic charter, a logo ... which corresponds to the customer's request. He is the one who chooses the colors, the patterns, the images ... In large companies, he deals with the design and creation of a "product", in small companies, We also takes part in the execution and printing or on-line publishing. Throughout the creation, We is in contact with the client to validate or not the project.
