Work Terms

1. **Communication**: I believe in maintaining clear and open communication throughout the project. I am available for discussions via Guru messaging, email, or any other platform you prefer. I will ensure timely responses and updates to keep you informed about the progress.

2. **Project Scope & Requirements**: Before starting, I will work with you to understand your exact requirements, including style preferences, deadlines, and any other details. I’ll provide a clear project outline to ensure we’re aligned on expectations.

3. **Payment**: Payments will be made through the Guru platform. I accept fixed-price projects and hourly rate contracts. A 30% upfront payment may be required for larger projects, with the balance due upon project completion.

4. **Revisions**: I offer unlimited revisions within the scope of the project. However, if the scope changes significantly after the design work begins, additional fees may apply.

5. **Timeline**: I will deliver the final product within the agreed timeline. In case of any delays, I will inform you in advance. If the project requires urgent delivery, I’m happy to accommodate rush orders with an additional fee.

6. **Ownership & Copyright**: Upon full payment, all rights to the design will be transferred to you. I will not use your designs for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. **Confidentiality**: I respect your privacy and will not share any information or materials related to your project without your consent.
