Work Terms
I can work on short term or long term projects. It all depends on what the customer needs.
My communication is based on the customer preference, but I prefer skype, teams or other to projects that need more extensive collaboration. Talk can save many emails sometimes, although they are needed for stating important stages of the project.
Hourly jobs have estimated time, while fixed-price jobs have an estimated budget. I prefer to work hourly over fixed-price, although I work in both ways.
Fixed-price can lead to a freelancer's race for the lower budget while coming from completely different economies. In some countries €30\$30 is good for all day work and in others the same money is not even worth getting out of the bed, so that's why I think it's always best for both parties to work hourly.
Sometimes it is not even a country economy issue, many freelancers make low budgets to get as many projects as possible to rank up in the website charts.
There's an old saying that says "You get what you pay for ''.
