My work experiences are all in BPO. I have handled accounts like Canada Life insurance, wherein we need to sell accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Also, I have worked with Citibank US Cards, handled customer service and trained to handle bill dispute, activation of credit cards, rewards program and upselling for add-ons on their credit card services. Currently working as a chat consultant handling saves/retention for an Australian telecom company. We cater enquiries for billing, sales(upgrades on plans and services), retention (providing discounts, below the line offers and right planning).
Work Terms
Can work for 40 hours per week. Have experience for outbound sales, inbound customer service voice and non voice accounts. Can negotiate terms of payment but preferably $5 per hour and can pay via direct transfer to bank account, gcash and paypal.
