I am a customer representative since 2015 until now in the BPO industry. I can multitask, receiving calls while documenting or sending emails to clients. I also track emails of clients with concerns to provide good customer service to them.
Work Terms
I am can work Monday- Friday from 8 am- 8 pm, I can also work on weekends if needed. You can deposit the payment through my VISA card and my preferred communication style is through Skype.
