I'm an English major, graduated top of my class in one of the top universities in the Philippines. I might be new to Odesk and I'm still building a reputation but I assure you that a young professional like me with a burning desire to build a career is what you need to get the job done. I currently work for a company in United States. My task is to maintain customer's account, answer customer's inquiry and introduce our product to the target market. I have various experiences in customer service. I started in a telecommunication company in United States. My sole responsibility in this company is to maintain customer's account, accept payments, answer inquiries and do basic troubleshooting. I also worked as a technical service representative for a DSL provider in the United States. My sole responsibility in this company is to assist technician in setting up a new DSL. I use different software to test internet connection and provide advance troubleshooting if a problem occurs. I can also edit, proofread, write creative literature and translate english to tagalog or tagalog to english text.
