WOW!! I didn't realize how quickly and effectively my requirements could be met!! Crystal took the time to not only clarify my business needs, but also offered her own suggestions on making the spread sheet and related templates as user-friendly and automated as possible. While I know Excel to some degree since I use it for my business, Crystal's Excel expertise far surpassed my own - she built complicated formulas and features into a spread-sheet that I could only dream of having. The end product is exactly what I was looking for and more! She was extremely respectful of the deadline I specified, delivering each iteration before the due date, even though she had a very small time window to develop the product. She was easy to work with and very responsive to my feedback. This cost-effective solution is going to simplify and add efficiency to a critical business process, will ensure data integrity, and will simplify the reconciliation process.
