Looking for virtual admin support work to supplement my current full time position as a project manager.

I have a vast background in organization, efficiency, cross-functional planning, and process development and implementation. My career experience includes:
*President of Crystal Clear Strategies, Inc, a process design and implementation consultancy where I worked with clients to define requirements, develop action plans, and implement procedural changes.
*Client Services Manager for a large foreclosure law firm where I manage multiple teams in four locations including the Philippines. My focus was to improve the department's timelines, streamline and document the procedures, and ensure that we are truly customer focused.
*Vice President of Project Management for an organization which oversees five other companies. My focus was to create and facilitate the implementation of project management and change management tools within the organization and its subsidiaries.

Currently I am a VP of Project Management for the remediation team for a large bank where I manage projects involving as many as 20,000+ customers and 4.5+ million dollars. I focus on maintaining timelines, monitoring budgets while providing the best possible customer experience.

I completed my Master of Arts in Organizational Management with a specialization in Project Management in the spring of 2012.
