    We have now been using Charlie for 3 years to support our systems as our business grows and changes. Once again Charlie has been fast and reliable to oversee changes to our systems in order to support the growth and the new business needs. This project was to assist with problems with Exchange due to a new anti-virus system install that went sideways and overnight, Charlie was able to work on the system, clean up the install, re-configure the Exchange server and have us back up and running before the office started again the next morning.     Major SBS 2011 migration, which included exchange 2010. Charlie stayed in contact throughout the entire process. Extremely competent providing additional solutions for DNS and DHCP configuration changes. Will deffinitely use again.

    Charlie has been able to start work on our system at the agreed time and was able to complete the changes with no down time. Charlie stayed in contact during the work and offered great suggestions on how to improve our SBS system and to achieve better returns and functionality out the system without the loss of performance. Once again he has done a great job on time and on budget.
