About

My mission is to increase my portfolio by creating quality art. My art portfolio is ameliabender.portfoliobox.net.

I create graphic designs, paintings, drawings, and mixed media artworks. By using my daily life as an inspiration, I explore the correlation of movement and color in organic subject matter. I also find that movement and color resemble the subconscious mind at that moment in time. The combination of these observations allows me to create illustrations that are vibrant and fluid.

I have a BA degree in Applied Arts and Associates in Graphic Design. I done various volunteer graphic design positions as well as freelance work.
