I live in beautiful Cape Town, South Africa. I run my own business called Lichen & Leaf which I began in early 2015 driven by a passion to make functional pieces of art. The business focuses on hand printed fabrics crafted into fashion and accessories, as well as homeware.

I studied Fine Arts at the University of Cape Town, and I majored in Printmaking. During this time and after I have done various jobs in various disciplines of writing, from editing to creative writing. I am proficient in the English language, and writing is enjoyable and natural to my abilities.

I write all the copy for my own business, although I have not had any formal experience. I have written various artist and exhibition statements, as well as many exhibition reviews/critiques. I am able to do simple editing jobs as well as conceptualisation and completion of full articles. I am interested in travel, art, plants, hiking, design, print-media, photography, food, amongst many other arenas, all of which I dabble in frequently. I am able to work in both American and British English, should you prefer either or.
