I have been in the workforce for about 15 years, primarily focused on customer service. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive experience in various industries, including healthcare, aviation, and others. This diverse background has equipped me with a broad understanding of different customer needs and expectations, allowing me to adapt my approach to suit each unique environment.

In the healthcare industry, I worked directly with patients and their families, providing support and ensuring their needs were met efficiently and compassionately. This role honed my ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism, ensuring that every individual felt heard and cared for during their interactions.

Transitioning to the aviation industry, I further developed my customer service skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Here, I dealt with a wide range of customer inquiries and issues, from flight bookings and cancellations to handling lost luggage and ensuring passengers had a smooth travel experience. This role required quick thinking, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure, all of which have become integral parts of my professional skill set.

Currently, I hold the position of Customer Support Manager. In this role, I oversee a team of dedicated support agents, ensuring they have the tools and training necessary to provide exceptional service. My responsibilities include developing and implementing customer service strategies, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously seeking ways to improve our service delivery. I am passionate about creating a positive customer experience and believe that effective support is key to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Work Terms

Flexible working hours tailored to match project timelines and client needs, including the possibility of weekend and evening work if necessary. Available part time also.

Either party may terminate the contract with a two-week notice period.
