Writing that entices, enlightens, and engages
As an accomplished writer with experience in the IT industry (most recently working at IBM), I understand how to apply good, solid language to both the print and digital worlds. At one time, I was the public relations manager at a start-up tech company that went on to become a publicly traded corporation and the world's leading financial software company. That position taught me that getting effective press coverage isn't about selling; it's about developing great relationships.
Fortunately, that comes naturally to me. I collaborate well and have a genuine fascination with people's stories. As a result, I love to conduct interviews. I also have a very strong interest in psychology, health, and wellness, and spent over 10 years working directly in those areas.
It's probably no surprise that, in addition to my undergrad degree in journalism, I have a graduate degree in psychology. I enjoy exploring the world of poetry, dreams, and metaphors, and can follow a rabbit hole pretty far. Perhaps that curiosity is what makes me such a good researcher. I will do whatever it takes to find the answers to my questions.
Okay, enough about me. What about you? What what kind of professional do you need?
--Is it someone with an expert command of the English language?
--Is it someone with integrity, experience, and intelligence?
--Is it someone with the tenacity to find the right answers?
--Is it someone who can advise you while also remembering that YOU are the client?
If these are the qualities you seek, then I am the professional for you. Let's work together!
Work Terms
I generally work a basic 9-5 (standard mountain time), but I can be flexible about that. However, if you have a rush job that will require my working weekends or pulling all-nighters (or even half-nighters), this will--and should--cost you more. Let's work with mutual respect.
