Customer Satisfaction
I am hardworking, dependable and has matured after working in a BPO industry for almost 3 years. I started as an agent for entry Level then up skilled for Tier II for Billing and then was chosen to be part of the Email Complaints Team, which we handle a customer's complaint via email and escalations that could not be resolved via inbound call, this account is for a Telecom Company in New Zealand.
Aside from this experience I have also cultivated at home for a year as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Rep, Telesales Rep and Appointment Setter. I am sure that with my experience working with a BPO industry I am more equipped and has inputs to share with my client to help accomplish projects.
