posses unfathomable customer service experience in the five (5) years that I have practiced at different levels in the aforementioned field. Furthermore I recently concluded my six month contract with COOPERATIVE bank of Kenya (one of the busiest banks in Kenya), in the shares operations department, tasked with handling varied customer queries.
