If there was a rating higher than 'Excellent', I would give it to Richard. He did all the things beyond what you would expect and completed the work in a speedy and professional manner. Excellent communication skills with prompt replies to e-mails or phone calls as well as the ability to speak to you in a simple, easy to understand manner. He clearly defines what your options are (both cost options and technical options) and has the tools and/or manpower to complete the work. Very knowlegable and excellent problem solving abilities, Richard shows a genuine concern for providing solutions to whatever your problem is. Two thumbs WAY up!
