Very talented designer with a great work ethic. He may be new to guru but he's one of the best I've worked with on guru in the last few years. He's able to rapidly give you what you need and more. If he sees something that doesn't look right, he'll let you know and fix it if you want - unlike those mindless offshore drones out there who lack the vision and expertise to go beyond simple specifications.
