Lapadat did an excellent job, considering he is not experienced in working with google maps api. He was able to do everything I've asked for (minus a difficult issue which wasn't in the original job description) because it involved Ajax programming. He continued working hard until I was satisfied with the final result. His command of English is excellent and is overall a pleasant guy to work with!
