- 15 years of that at Hewlett-Packard both as an Education Consultant for Customer Education and Account Manager for Mission Critical Support
- 6 years emergency communications work (volunteer) with Naperville EMA including COMT and COML training (ICS/NIMS, RACES)
- 7 years Kane Co Amateur Radio Emergency Service (ARES), most recently as Emergency Coordinator

Work Terms

I focus on quality work within a reasonable time-frame. I'm always open to negotiation regarding scope, milestones and deadlines, so communication with my clients is paramount. If you need quick dirty work, I'm not your best choice I'll readily point out. However, if what you have is technical work that needs plain, commonly understandable treatment, I have excelled at creating easy to understand materials regarding technical topics.
