Welcome to my profile;
My name is Dagmara Kubisiak and I am a U.S. based English Polish interpreter and translator.
I have two passions: languages and law. My love for languages began in my early childhood years back in Poland, where I was born and raised. Later, while studying English Phonology at a Polish university, I decided to devote my life to this particular language. Immediately after coming to U.S. in 2003, I put my knowledge to work by serving as a community interpreter and translator within the Polish society of New Jersey.
In the meantime I worked as a paralegal which ultimately lead to a development of another passion of mine, namely law.
Between 2010 and 2012, I ran a highly successful column in the Polish Daily News entitled "Speak like an American" where I was advising Polish speaking readers on how to acquire the English language efficiently and how to avoid the most common pitfalls in the process.
10 years later, through a very rigid examination process, I have been ranked # 1 Polish interpreter by the Administrative Office of the NJ Courts. I am also a Master level court interpreter for the state of Pennsylvania. My court interpreting certification for the state of New York is still pending.
I am also a statewide accredited medical interpreter with over 10 years of experience in that field.
My translation specializations include, but are not limited to:

I am utterly infatuated with both written and spoken word and have a constant desire to amaze and delight my clients. I incessantly drive for excellence - hence my exceptionally high rate of customer satisfaction. Through my job as an interpreter and translator I get to successfully utilize my both passions at the same time.
