Work Terms

For Hourly Projects: We prefer to accept the payment on a weekly basis. For making sure that we meet the deadlines - we need a response to our questions/doubts within 1 business day and would like the client to be available for Skype meetings within 72 hours from the request time.

Fixed Cost projects: Work terms are mutually discussed and accepted by the Company and the Client. The work agreement can be based on Fixed cost, Hire dedicated resources and Monthly Argumentation. The deal also includes the final proposal having clear deliveries-based milestones, assumptions, support period along with standard business terms.

Taction Software requests project payment to be paid via the Guru Safepay method for mutually agreed milestones, which follows a demo of the respective milestone to the client. We try to keep project time to a minimum, but project business concept, work scope, and complexity will determine the final turnaround time.
