Graduated with a bachelor's degree in journalism, I have 5 years of experience in the world of writing both news articles and short stories.

With experience in print and digital, I'm eager to bring my expert research, writing and collaboration skills to the New York Times.

During my time writing for Psych 2 Go (2021-2023), I worked as a digital writer, covering, writing, and researching articles about psychology. While working with the Northeast Ohio Weddings Magazine (2021-2022), I researched and conducted interviews for articles relating to weddings which included subjects such as beauty, trends, style, and decorations. I wrote both for the digital version and the printed version of the magazine.

In both experiences I worked with a team of other journalists and editors that looked over the wellbeing of the companies and the accuracy of the articles.

My work with Oh Cleo! helped me develop creativity and speed writing. My work with Sociomix on the other hand, gave way for me to develop my own themes to write about.

During my time writing for El Vocero de Puerto Rico (2014-2015), which I became a part of during my bachelor’s in journalism; and Periodico La Bicicleta (2014-2016) I was able to experience in-person interviews as well as writing in my native language (Spanish).

Work Terms

The preferred communication style is through messaging apps or other digital platforms. Hours of operation are during the normal work week, unless there is a special situation.
