I have been working in customer service industry for more than 7 years and have developed impeccable phone manners, and an ability to deal with agitated or distressed customers. I am currently employed as Shipping escalations specialist for the World's Largest Search Engine though I will be leaving the company by August 30, 2019
My duties included caring for customers by updating them with their delivery and refund issues every now and then until their issues get resolved. This involves coordinating with our Support Experts for a possible system issue that's causing the process to be delayed and even coordinating with our shipping partners if need be for delivery issues.
My experience in the BPO industry has helped me be flexible and be amiable with different types of customer. My skills,experience and drive for work prepare me for a position the company needs. I am deal-oriented,committed and focused. My people and communication skills prepare me for a variety of tasks.
As mentioned on my tagline, I can work with minimal supervision and would only bother you for things I need clarification with. I may be a slow worker at the start of the process as I have to familiarize myself with the routine of the job but can cope up easily!
