For 10 years, Dana was a human resources and talent consultant to small and mid-size businesses. He had the distinct pleasure of working hand-in-hand with the founders and executives for some of the fastest growing start-ups and most impactful, socially conscious non-profits in the United States. In this capacity, he brought a focus and awareness around people-centered decisions, which helped cultivate dynamic organizational cultures.
Compelled by the impact of this experience, Dana founded Sum of Two as an opportunity to take his work to another level as both a Certified Executive Coach and Talent Architect. His endeavor is to help entrepreneurs and their teams with becoming a more self-actualized version of themselves while reaching for their biggest ambitions.
