Work Terms
HOURS OF OPERATION:
I am available for work and client communication during the following hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EAT)
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM (EAT)
Sundays and Public Holidays: Closed
PAYMENT TERMS:
A 100% deposit is required upon project completion, prior to delivery of final files.
For smaller tasks or urgent jobs, full payment upfront may be required.
All payments are to be made via Bank Transfer.
PREFERRED COMMUNICATION STYLE:
I value clear, respectful, and timely communication to ensure a smooth working process.
Primary channels: WhatsApp for project updates, file sharing, and confirmations.
Response time: Within 24 hours during working days.
Phone calls or virtual meetings can be scheduled upon request for more detailed discussions.
