Hours of Operation: I'm available to work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Pacific Time. If you have a project that requires work outside of these hours, please let me know and we can discuss whether I can accommodate your needs.
Payment Terms: I require a 50% deposit upfront for new clients, with the remainder due upon completion of the project. For returning clients, I'm happy to discuss alternative payment terms. I accept payment through PayPal or bank transfer. Please note that any fees associated with these payment methods are the responsibility of the client.
Preferred Communication Style: I prefer to communicate via email or the Guru messaging system, as it allows us to keep a written record of our conversations. I typically respond to messages within 24 hours during my regular business hours. If you need to schedule a phone call or video chat, please let me know and we can find a mutually convenient time. Please note that I'm not available for phone calls or video chats outside of my regular business hours.
