I have 15 years working experience as a software developer using .net technologies, and 3 years with PHP / MySQL.
My main focus has been Windows forms applications, but I've also done Windows services, Web services, REST APIs, Asp.net web forms and MVC, custom network communications, biometric identification, access control to buildings and most recently, developing with Angular and asp.net core REST API.

Work Terms

I can work for 30 hours/week, but if more is needed, I can make adjustments.
15 $/hr rate, and I'm open to suggestions on fixed rates
My first language is spanish. I'm fluent in english, and I can use any online communication tool you may be using, such as Google hangouts.
