I'm an electronic engineer with more than 13 years of experience leading projects for both non-regulated industries (Napco - Electronic devices) and regulated industries (Edwards Lifesciences - Transducers). projects included New Products, Product Design Changes, Supplier Changes, Material Changes, Mold Validation, among others. All these triggered by cost-savings/avoidance, business continuity, ergonomics, efficiency driven or customer captivation initiatives.
All these projects were executed with the support from members of Quality, Regulatory, R&D, engineering, manufacturing, planning, maintenance, among other roles and stakeholders, locally and abroad. Stakeholder communication with key team members (from Asia, USA, PR, Malaysia, Japan, China, Europe, etc) has been embedded in my career and it has helped accomplish milestones thanks to the attention to each one of their requests, concerns, needs and regulations.
I am passionate about project management; therefore, I obtained the PMP (Project Management Professional) & PSM (Professional Scrum Master I) certifications, ready to lead both predictive/agile projects as necessary and most importantly, to lead change in the organization by mentoring/coaching teams with project Management best practices. This is something I an eager to, be part of organizational development in project Management, to assure projects are handled correctly, success rate is increased as well as profit margin in all the company’s portfolio.
