Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT+1)
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (GMT+1)
Sunday: Closed
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment Methods: PayPal, Bank Transfer, Credit Card
Payment Schedule: 50% upfront before starting the project and 50% upon completion and approval of the project
Invoicing: Invoices will be sent upon project completion and are due within 14 days of receipt.
Late Payment: A late fee of 5% will be applied to invoices not paid within 14 days.

Primary Communication: Email (preferred for detailed discussions and project updates)
Secondary Communication: Instant Messaging (Slack, WhatsApp) for quick questions and updates
Video Calls: Available for initial consultations, project kick-offs, and major milestones (via Zoom or Microsoft Teams)
