Creating and setting up Users, Roles hierarchy, Profiles, Permission Sets, Validation Rules, Workflows, Approval process, Page Layouts, Custom objects and fields, Formula fields, Setting up Email templates, Reports and Dashboards, Scheduling Reports, Sharing Rules, Home Page components.

I am able to do any of the above at an excellent level, however I will be focusing on Reports and Dashboards. I will be providing Reports and Dashboards so that you are able to see your Sales information and Customer Service information in an intelligible format.

I will be able to create a maximum of 5 reports per hour for £10.00 and they will be visible in a Dashboard with the name of your choice. If necessary, custom report types will be created and then made available for your users.
