Quality software. Deadline commitment.

I would like to start it by introducing myself. My name is Daniel Garibotti and I am 24 years old. I have been working "professionally" as a Software Developer since I was 16 years old.
I born in Argentina but I have lived my entire life in Brazil, currently living in the USA

My first job was at a local bank where I worked for 2 years developing internal web applications, by that time, my projects were most:
1 - C# + MVC + SQL Server\Oracle + JavaScript\Prototype
2 - VB + ASP3.0 using MVC(M and C were VB DLL and V was ASP3.0) + ORACLE\SQL Server)

My second job was at www.ezcommerce.com.br, by the time I worked there they were a startup growing dramatically and in need for software developers. I worked, over 2 years, in three different main projects there:

1- As software developer analyst using (ASP3.0 + PHP + C# + SQL Server) to enhance the ongoing e-commerce platform. 6 months.

2-As software developer analyst using( C# + Selenium + MVC + SQL Server) to create a new and revolutionary e-commerce platform from scratch. Agile + TDD high performance team was built to develop the core architecture and functionalities, team was assembled with the purpose to provide all resources(Libraries, Frameworks, Architecture and Design) and have everything ready for future new developers whom may join the company. 1 year

3-As L3 team leader, L3 is a support team specialized in high complexity issues happening in the production environment, the team main responsibility was keep the current platform up, running and bug free. I was assigned to lead a small team(4 people) of developers, we were in charge of making our e-commerce platform as much stable as possible, boosting performance, troubleshooting and correcting bugs. It was one of my biggest achievements, we successfully enhance almost 80% of the platform, making it more scalable and performative. The Project was supposed to be temporary but brought so much benefits that was decided to have it permanent
