Work Terms

Account Minimum:
$5,000 minimum funded account size

Management Fee:
2% per annum of account equity, charged quarterly in advance

Performance Fee:
20% of any new net profits generated each month
For example, if account starts at $100,000 and grows to $120,000 after 1 month, the 2% quarterly management fee would be $2,000 and the 20% performance fee on the $20,000 profit would be $4,000.

Account Subscriptions:
1 Year Lock-Up Period

You may choose to have me trade and manage your capital on a:
Month-to-Month basis with 45 days notice to terminate
6 Month commitment
1 Year commitment

Termination terms apply after initial commitment periods.
Terms can be customized further based on client needs regarding fee structures, committed capital amounts, payout periods etc.
