Daniel has been very responsive and helped us reconfigure part of our system while keeping us PCI Compliant. Even when we found our own machines had some technical problems, he was able to come up with good compliant solutions. He also kept us up-to-date on his progress and any glitches he was running into. Our productivity has increased with his help and he was willing to train us on a few things to keep us going on our own for a while. Thank you!
