I have been a professional for more than 8 years, expert in Project Management , in order to be successful in this line of work, I had to learn and become very familiar with tools such as Word Press (Web design and theme installation), Zendesk, Zoho Projects, Redhoot, Asana, among some others;
During my years as Manager-in-chief at Alvic Property Management (New York), and Passbeemedia: I managed a team of 11 Customer Representatives that were in contact with our customers 24/7, I was in contact with clients, vendors and contractors, using my skills to solve any kind of troubles that came up; I had to handle Passbeemedia Forum, use team viewer to set-up all our representatives software and everything we needed in order to provide the best support and service to all our clients.
