I'm a former agency owner turned expat freelance writer with 20 years of experience in business and digital communications. I've worked with Fortune 500 companies, startups, and everything in between. Making complex things easy to understand is my bread and butter.
I started my career as an editor at a vanity press, and later went on to lead marketing and communications at a variety of agencies before starting my own.
In my free time, I love cooking, hiking, reading, and painting. I earned a B.A. in English from Loyola University Maryland and an M.A. in Communications, Culture & Technology from Georgetown University. Originally from the U.S., I now live in France.
Work Terms
For blog content, I charge $125/post of approximately 500 words. For all other types of writing (website copy, long-form articles, whitepapers, etc.), I charge $125/250 words. I give a 10% discount on any projects over 2,500 words. This can be cumulative across projects and applied for repeat customers once we pass that volume of work.
New clients are asked to pay a 25% - 50% deposit (depending on the size of the project). I can send you an invoice that's payable by credit or debit card. I also can provide an IBAN for international wire transfers.
