Work Terms

1. Project Scope and Requirements: Clear communication is essential. I’ll work closely with you to define project goals, requirements, and milestones to ensure we’re aligned every step of the way.

2. Payment Structure: For fixed-price projects, a deposit of 50% is required upfront. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. For hourly projects, I log hours accurately and provide transparent reports.

3. Communication: Effective communication is the key to success. I’m accessible most between the hours of 8:00 AM and 7:000 PM EST

4. Revisions and Changes: I understand that project needs can evolve. I’m open to reasonable revisions within the project scope. Major changes might incur additional charges, discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

5. Timelines: I’m committed to delivering high-quality work on time. Timelines are agreed upon at the project’s start, and I’ll provide regular updates on progress.

6. Confidentiality: Your project’s confidentiality is paramount. I’m happy to sign NDAs to ensure your data and information are protected.

7. Quality Assurance: Rigorous testing ensures that the final deliverables meet the highest quality standards. You’ll receive thorough documentation and support to ensure a seamless transition.
