I am Bachelor of European and International Law, now I'm a judicial counselor specialized in commercial litigation. My activity consists in legal advice for small and medium companies, from start-up to closing. In the last years I've gained a great experience in intellectual property litigation, regarding a small group of European companies, against two of the largest software companies in the world. I am really focused on the best techniques to drafting contracts, to protect my client interests, to assure a safety background. In this regards, I continuously develop my studies.
