Prior I've worked in call contact centers for various companies as a customer service agent, technical support agent, billing agent, also a collections agent. With great communication skills i feel confident enough to tackle any task at hand. With great researching skills, i feel i could find most any information. With my knowledge on multiple operating systems and platforms, I feel I'm savvy enough to help trouble shoot most any device. My hobbies include fixing (primarily, iPhones, and iPads), also computers and most any other electronic.
