"The customer is always right until proven otherwise!"
My professional career in editing and proofreading began in 2020 when I started working as an editor. Since then, I have actively collaborated with both publishers and authors, diving deep into the process of crafting and realizing the potential of each text.
Throughout my career, I have edited and proofread texts on various topics and in different formats. My responsibilities have included not only correcting grammatical and stylistic errors but also structuring texts to ensure clarity and coherence.
With three years of experience, I have mastered various aspects of editing, adapting to diverse writing styles and client requirements. My goal is to make each text I work on highly readable and aligned with the clients' goals and expectations.
This period has provided me with opportunities for professional growth and valuable experience that I am ready to apply to new projects and challenges in my career.
Work Terms
I work in the field of editing and proofreading, and here are my working conditions:
Working Conditions:
I work remotely, which allows me to manage my time and work from any convenient location. Occasionally, I visit the company's office or meet with clients in person if necessary. Mostly, I collaborate with publishers, authors, and other editors via email, video conferences, and specialized document-sharing platforms.
Working Hours:
My working hours are flexible, but I try to adhere to a standard schedule from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Sometimes there are urgent projects that require working in the evenings or on weekends. In such cases, I coordinate the additional time with clients or the employer in advance. It is important to meet deadlines and be available for communication during working hours.
Payment Terms:
My payment depends on several factors, including the volume and complexity of the text, the urgency of the work, and the specifics of the project.
