I love using Excel.
I have worked in retail for over 30 years. Started selling on the floor and have worked my way in to corporate offices. I am currently a Planner Manager. I forecast sales, purchases and inventory for a major retailer. I built from scratch a complex forecasting tool in excel that our merchandising department uses on a weekly basis to determine buying needs, store allocation decisions and inventory/sales projections. I have been at my current job for 12 years. While being an excel expert has been very helpful to my career, it is just part of my primary job. In fact, I dont get to use all of the excel knowledge I have in my day to day job duties. I love excel. I want to use the knowledge I have, doing work I love and see where it takes me.
Work Terms
I work a standard 8-5 M-F workweek at my day job. I'm only available during time off of work. I am in California, USA. Pacific standard time.
