Im currently unemployed due to the situation going on as of the moment. Im on the process of switching my career to online. Im a graduate of Business Administration major in Finance and has a Five years in total of work experiences. Im doing research and training online of so that I can gained skills that I can use. I work in a retail company before and as a customer service representative and gained some of the skills. Like interpersonal skills which help me communicate and be approchable to the customers and colleagues in person or phone call. I've gained some of office ettiquete while im working in a hotel before and some of the administrative task. Knowledge in POS and all of the Basic computer skills. Communication skills, to address clients through phone call or email or even personal. I've been a billing representative also, somehow I can read ledger and identify some billing concerns.
